Online Returns:
• Please email info@shopellacollective.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Upon receiving your email, we will send you a return label & issue a store credit once those items have been received.
• Items MUST arrive at ELLA collective within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund with tags attached.
• All bodysuits, jewelry, & under garments are considered Final Sale.
• Items labeled SALE are Final Sale.
• Items received damaged must be submitted in writing to info@shopellacollective.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must include original packaging. Worn, altered, washed or used items will not be accepted.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. ELLA collective is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
• If items are sent back that do not comply with return policy, those items will be sent back to customer.
In-store Purchases only:
ELLA collective accepts returns for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of your purchase date for in-store purchases. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Sale items are final sale.
